Increasing the efficiency of slotting deep fir trees in gas turbine discs made of heat-resistant alloys by applying a combined method of hydroabrasive treatment and broaching

چکیده
The efficiency of the application a new technology for fir-tree slots treatment in turbine discs based on combination pre-slotting operations «house» by hydro-abrasive (HAT) and final broaching herringbone CNC machine comparison with milling, deep grinding EDM-ing methods is viewed. Problems arising within manufacturing operating broaches often cause down-time both types: main tool production. At same time, set high growth rates production gas engines are inevitably restrained, costs sets multi-section significantly increasing. To solve problem, various combined processing techniques proposed application, i.e., carried out productive cutting such as grinding, HAT, while finishing using profile tech-nique. pre-liminary calculations labor intensity during comparative tests variants have proved advantages HAT cutting. 
 As result experimental studies, conducted slotting, technique subsequent under form broach, it was found that channel preliminary slot allowances, made measured devi-ation, tolerable limit before shape broaching, which bears evidence appropriateness method its readiness broaching.
